The Guardian Warm Roof is specifically designed to replace the full, existing roof structure while retaining your existing windows and walls. It is fully tested and building control approved to all thermal and structural standards. The Guardian Warm Roof system includes high performance insulation inside a new light-weight roof structure, Inside is finished with insulated plasterboard and plastered to finish the look of the interior of the room. The exterior is finished with an exterior grade plywood, vapour membrane and your choice of tile finishes.
